We will respond to valid DMCA notices promptly and remove infringing content.

5. Enforcement

We handle violations progressively:

  1. Warning — for first-time or minor violations, we’ll reach out and ask you to fix the issue
  2. Suspension — for repeated or serious violations, your account may be temporarily suspended
  3. Termination — for severe violations (malware, CSAM, persistent abuse), your account will be permanently terminated and content removed

For CSAM or content that poses an immediate safety risk, we skip straight to termination and report to the appropriate authorities.
